چکیده

The purpose of primary research was to gather information on whether overload placed upon lower extremity muscles during aerobic dance-only classes induce negative adaptations muscular strength, endurance and, anaerobic capacity due the inadequate strength and conditioning programs. second rationale determine pre-season screenings injured dancers showed drastic changes in isokinetic mean work, power, moments before injury occurrence identify predisposing factors compared healthy counterparts. Ten 11 adolescent female ballet who experienced anterior cruciate ligament performance participated this study. Anthropometric, muscle scores were recorded using preliminary testing sessions. Significant correlations occurred between fatigue parameters extensor decline knee extension work (KE MWD), power MPD) moment MMD) (r=.831, p˂.001; r=.961, r=.969, p˂.001).
